Erm a few hiccups today, but I did manage to stop myself from going over the top.
Woke up about 10am, after having the most terrible night sleep.
I had a Slimfast for dinner. I have the chocolate one, it stops my cravings.
I walked around to the club to my nieces birthday party, in which I had a great time.
I ate 4 sandwiches (equivalent to 2 round of bread) with egg and ham in, and ONE chocolate cupcake, and that's it, I could have been a pig and ate biscuits etc.
I then went home, a bit later, I wasn't sure I was having any tea, I didn't have anything in the house, there was 2 packets of multi pack crisps, and I say multi pack as these are smaller then normal crisps, so I hate both.
I then went to Symon's, we ended up having a Chinese. Chicken Chow Mien, which is one of the lowest calorie Chinese meal on the menu, but I did have chips with them. I hate half the chow mien and a few chips.
See how the next day goes.
