I've only gone and got down into the next stone down, what a big relief when I got on the scales.
Didn't do any form of exercise at all, after 4 days of walking, I needed a rest.
My diet (sort of) Slimfast, a packet of soft mints. Then for tea I had mash, beans and toad in the hole, which I only had half, blinking awful. Oh yes I also had a cupcake.
Scorcher today, so just sat in the garden reading a book, a chilling day.
A walk tomorrow is on the cards.
