Argh.... I need to get a grip...I belong to Slimming World, I've been there a few years now. I was nearly 14 stone and just about to get into a size 18, then I managed to get down to 10 stone 4 size 12..but over the last months I have put a stone on. NO WAY do I want to go up into the next size up, as my dress felt tight last night...plus I'm thinking of all the nice summer gear from last year when I was skinny.
So I need a kick up the arse...so I thought if I do a blog telling you what I've been eating...why I ate the wrong stuff etc etc...plus it gives me something to do, if I turn peckish/bored...as we all know boredom = food. I will also put down my keep fit regime on here too. We'll see if it works or not.
So today is the 1st day of not fannying about, I get weighed tomorrow, and see from there.

Day 1
Breakfast: Oat So Simple
I then went for a 3 hour walk, half way through my walk I felt dizzy so bought a Boost bar.... this worked.
When I got home I had a Slimfast.
I know what I'm having for tea as I cooked it yesterday... Tuna Pasta Bake... I did buy Lemon Meringue Pie for me and Sy, I never had any last night, and won't be having any tonight either....
If I've sinned I'll let you know tomorrow.....
