My Day My Diet (22/4/11)

Up and motivated today which is unusual for me,  but hey the sun was shining and what a scorcher!

I didn't see much of Katie today, she was hanging around the park with her friends,  so I managed a walk today.

Slimfast for my dinner, left my house at 1130, had a mars bar on the way round.  Passed near Symons house,  so I thought I'd pop round and see him,  he wasn't in,  but Renee was outside so I had a lovely coffee and a natter with her.

After half hour I left and went to Tesco,  saw Michael Leaning who I went to school with,  and had a little natter with him too...

I got home at 3.30,  absolutely knackered and had too much sun.

I had Scampi and chips for my tea, and half a carton of Hagan Daaz cookies and cream ice cream,  hey it's on offer.

Had a lovely surprise Symon came round,  and we watched Rockstar and Swordfish.

So it was a lovely day of different things and seeing different people.

My Day My Diet (21/4/11)

I've only gone and got down into the next stone down, what a big relief when I got on the scales.

Didn't do any form of exercise at all, after 4 days of walking, I needed a rest.

My diet (sort of) Slimfast, a packet of soft mints.  Then for tea I had mash, beans and toad in the hole, which I only had half, blinking awful.  Oh yes I also had a cupcake.

Scorcher today, so just sat in the garden reading a book, a chilling day.

A walk tomorrow is on the cards.

My Day My Diet (20/4/11)

One of these days I will have a good day lol.

For starters finished the rest of the apple crumble, I then went out for a 3 hour walk, saw my friend Nikki on my travels.  Half way round I had a roast chicken sandwich just to fuel up, for some reason I feel faint half way round. 

I then came home and trimmed my bush.

I went to Sy's, had Chicken Supreme with rice and a chocolate eclair.

Scales tomorrow, after 9 hours walking in 4 days, I'd better lose some weight.

My Day plus My Diet (19/4/11)

My first day off at work, and what a gorgeous day it was.

Got up at 10am, and decided to go for a 3 hour walk, and absolutely loved it,  it was scorching and I had a mp3 player with great music on,  it didn't feel that long.

I had a boost on the way round, I didn't have no milk, so couldn't have my Slimfast or cereals.  I normally feel faint half way round,  I did the right thing this time,  and took a drink.

Katie had a friend round, pinched a slither of garlic bread, and Symon came round, so I had Chicken with blue cheese in with cheese sauce, roast potatoes and mushrooms,  then Apple Crumble and custard in which I had half, eat the other half tomorrow.

Had a great night with Sy, looked through old photos, and watched some CSI's all with great story lines, they have to have a good storyline,  I lose interest pretty quickly if they don't.

Hopefully get to do another walk tomorrow,  I need to lose the weight before Summer so I can fit into my pretty dresses what I wore last year.

My Diet (18/4/11)

I am writing this with pegs in my eyes...I haven't eaten properly at all.

I woke up latish had a Slimfast for my dinner,  finished my chocolate stash at work, which was about a couple of handfuls of chocolate,  I was really busy at work.  I finish work for a week, and wanted to get everything finished,  so I was running around like a headless chicken.

Came home, did an 1.5 hour walk,  then my friend came round,  she left at 10pm, just nipped to Tesco,  so grabbed a roast chicken sandwich and a packet of monster munch for my tea.

I am absolutely shattered.

My Diet (Day 5 17/4/11)

I started off with the best intentions.

Woke up at Symon's about 9.30,  we went gallivanting around in the car, looking for cars, right up till about 4.00.  In this time I had a handful of grapes.

I got home about 6.00,  had a Slimfast, then I went for an 1.5 hour walk with Kaz.

Decided I better get something to eat, went to my local shop.  I bought a medium baguette and had Tuna, sweetcorn and mayo baguette,  then I saw Hagan Daaz ice cream on offer,  I'm a sucker for ice cream, so I bought some and ate the full tub.

Feeling guilty now, it's my * week coming up in the next day or so...I always crave sweet things more then usual....

I hope I do better tomorrow, work and a walk tomorrow night is on the cards.

My Diet (Day 4 16/4/2011)

Erm a few hiccups today, but I did manage to stop myself from going over the top.

Woke up about 10am, after having the most terrible night sleep.

I had a Slimfast for dinner.  I have the chocolate one, it stops my cravings.

I walked around to the club to my nieces birthday party, in which I had a great time.

I ate 4 sandwiches (equivalent to 2 round of bread) with egg and ham in, and ONE chocolate cupcake, and that's it, I could have been a pig and ate biscuits etc.

I then went home, a bit later, I wasn't sure I was having any tea, I didn't have anything in the house, there was 2 packets of multi pack crisps, and I say multi pack as these are smaller then normal crisps, so I hate both.

I then went to Symon's, we ended up having a Chinese. Chicken Chow Mien, which is one of the lowest calorie Chinese meal on the menu, but I did have chips with them.  I hate half the chow mien and a few chips.
